Drop by and share your ideas with us on how we can improve our book service to Amherst Islanders. Pick up a book or 2, or a puzzle, or just peruse our shelves.
St. Paul’s doors are open to Islanders to “borrow” a book (like a library, but with no cards, membership or timeframe). And it’s not necessary to have a book to give…just take one and return it when you can. We have gathered a sizable number of fiction and non- fiction books (over 400), best-sellers, as well as a smaller collection of children’s books, Y.A. (young adult) and a number of challenging jigsaw puzzles (500 pieces) for Islanders to share with their families. Let us know what books you recommend as a “must read”.
